Episode 5 - In pure survival mode at this point

Phew - survived another tribal! This one felt closer than the last one but in the end all went as planned again. Voting out Erin was a tough one - she's someone I knew outside the game and really had hoped we'd play together. Unfortunately a combination of my big mouth (telling my OG tribe I knew her) and playing the first round after the swap just a bit too slow cost her the game this time. If I had played knowing her better with my original tribe I think I would have at least seen if a push could have been made. But to best honest, I think once we voted Alex out Erin's fate on Dinah was sealed.
This round was more chill overall - and I'm filming a video confessional where I'll share a bit more about how I felt about my positioning after the last vote later today. BUT for now, wanted to chat a bit about what looks to be a potential swap and some sort of rankings mixed into the round. HINT HINT I think we're swapping tonight and last night we needed to submit our rankings of everyone left in the game based on who we liked/wanted to meet most. Mine are below - figured I'd share my thoughts on why I put people where I did (especially for those I have already played with). I put my current tribe in the top spots - I figured in case these lists get shared that showing I felt strongly about our group would be an asset with them and understandable by Hugo and Leanna who I was closest with at Liddell. I put Anna-Lynn first because I think she's who I've ended up feeling safest with - I'll elaborate in my video confessional. but I felt like she was my most likely ally to keep me here had we gone to tribal. I think I actually feel equal or possibly better with Rizo, but don't think he's emotional and would be less likely to read into being last of the Dinah 2.0 crew. Hugo and Leanna were a tough pair to rank, but I felt best about Hugo at the end of Liddell and I think Leanna is someone who very well could have built stronger relationships with her new tribe and thus less sure she'd want to work with me moving forward. The rest of the list was tricky - Lance and Brenton were obviously people I had some relationship with, but both hard to know where I stand. Ultimately I felt like at the end I had a bond with Lance that I didn't feel with Brenton and their rankings reflected that. Most of the remaining names were pure gut feel with a bit of information I'd heard from my new tribe mixed in. Other than Anders, that was pure spite for making fun of me in the 24 hour challenge. It's a small amount of revenge, but I'll take what I can get!
